Weekly TASTING 6
1. A self-care practice that has helped me through emotional tribulations and tap into my intuitive self-has been journaling. I already have stacks of filled journals and notebooks and one of my favorite notebooks are by muji. They are simple and fit right into my aesthetic, lightweight to carry around, and affordable. 2. Meditation is having a moment, with more and more advocates and people talking about their meditation practice! There are many styles and teachings and really something for everyone. One of my favorite apps is callHeadspace and they provide great guided and silent meditations for anyone just starting out or advanced. I recently flew to NYC on Jetblue and was excited to see headspace has guided meditations offered on the in-flight programming! 3. One of my favorite podcasts to listen to while stuck in LA traffic has been thisone. Its an exploration through interviews on what it means to be human. 4. When you start the journey to health and well being a lot can come up for you. things you maybe have pushed down and not wanted to deal with. It's important to honor and support our body while we work through our "stuff" and a natural support can help do just that. I love this adaptogen and add it to tea and coffee when I know I am in need of a little more support.
